Mountain Foliage - Autumn Colors On The Denny Creek Trail (September 11, 2006)
I went for a short hike along the Denny Creek Trail in Chaffee County, Colorado
to photograph some of the fall foliage in the mountains. There were a few beautiful orange leaf
aspens at the trailhead.
Beautiful yellow leaves.
This was by far the most beautiful spot that I found during my afternoon adventure. I took three pictures all from the relatively same spot with different emphases.
This spot in the forest was a lot more pretty than the photo shows.
When smaller plants like these light up with different autumn colors, it makes the forest even more delightful.
Red foliage.
